  • 0-10,000 contacts: $950

  • 10,000+ contacts: $1,150

  • Data Sources: Compass CRM, phone contacts, and external files

How We’ll Organize Your Database:

1. Consolidate into the Compass CRM

  • Eliminate duplicates to create one clean, accurate database

2. Identify & Complete Missing Information

We’ll review each contact, flag missing details, and update where information is provided:

  • Name, email, phone, and address

  • Birthdays and home anniversaries

  • Contact source

3. Refine Groups and Tags

  • Ensure contacts are in the correct Groups

  • Identify most important tags and develop strategic approach

  • Create a recommended, action‑oriented tag list

4. Set Up for Ongoing Success

  • Apply Action Plans to help you stay connected and generate opportunities

  • Load Compass One Buyer and Seller Timeline Templates

  • Adjust CRM settings for appropriate visibility, sharing, and notifications for you and your team

  • Create a selection of saved filters to quickly and easily access key contact lists

What You’ll Receive:

  1. Contact Cleanup Report – a detailed list of all actions taken to organize your CRM

  2. Closed Transaction Tracker – a detailed record of past transactions, paired with insights to help you focus and grow your business

  3. Phone Contact List - a cleaned file of all provided phone contacts for your review

All sales made through Coaching Marketplace are final and non-refundable.

Authorization for Virtual Assistant (VA) Access

By granting a Virtual Assistant (“VA”) access to your Compass CRM, you, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Access and Assumption of Risk

You authorize your designated VA to access your account and act on your behalf. This "impersonation" allows the VA to perform all actions as you within the platform. You understand that granting this access carries inherent risks. You voluntarily and entirely assume all risks associated with your VA's activity, including potential data entry errors, unprofessional communication, breaches of client confidentiality (including copying of client data), and legal or compliance violations.

2. Agent Responsibility

All actions taken by the VA in your account are considered actions taken by you.

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following, and you accept all associated risks and responsibilities.
