Over the past week, I took some time off and traveled to Puerto Rico with my niece. She recently graduated and, in a full-circle moment, has chosen the entrepreneurial path as well, building her career in real estate on the marketing side of the business.
She worked throughout college, so she enters this chapter with meaningful experience. Yet she is now facing a challenge familiar to nearly every entrepreneur: trying to be everything to the business at once. Managing clients, executing the work, handling operations, solving problems, and planning for growth, all without much leverage to delegate. Sound familiar?
