Show, don't tell. As a real estate entrepreneur, your ability to clearly and confidently communicate your value anytime, anywhere is what grows your business. In a world full of opportunities to connect, the difference lies in how intentionally you demonstrate your expertise. Are you simply telling clients what you do, or are you showing them the value you bring to the table? Below are the tools "you cannot miss" when it comes to a show, don't tell experience. 1. Compass CMA Website - I like to show my clients the "money-making' rooms side by side, meaning rooms like kitchens, masterbathrooms, living space, that tend to be where buyers focus most. This helps result in more aligned pricing discussions. 2. One-Click Search for Private Exclusives & Compass Coming Soon via the Compass app. Ask your AEM about this today. 3. Reverse Prospecting - The simplest way to show a seller how you can build demand and collect feedback on their home to make more informed pricing and marketing decisions. 4. Listing Insights Reports - I like to talk about this as a way to review "virtual showings" combined with a "in-person" feedback report so that sellers have a high-tech way to view how their home is performing within the Private Exclusive, Compass Coming Soon, and MLS phase. Interactive Dashboard coming soon to Compass One! 5. Compass One (pro-tip: make a demo client account and log into it on your mobile app. This is my trick for showcasing the client experience on Compass One, anywhere, anytime. From there, you can show Compass Collections, Tours, and Timelines. |

| After relocating from southern Alabama to Santa Barbara County in 2016, Val and Dan Pampel started out subcontracting their services within the window coverings community. Within a year, they saw an opportunity to open their own studio in the heart of Santa Barbara.
