More buyers and sellers are using AI to find answers before they ever contact an agent. Let's spend 15 minutes this week making sure they can find you.
Below are a few simple updates you can make today, along with examples, to strengthen your online presence. Even if your clients aren't using AI for real estate, these are worthwhile updates. Think of it as a little summer cleaning for your digital brand.
Small improvements to your profiles can make it easier for clients to find you, trust you, and choose you.
1. Update your bio
❌ Bad: "Top-producing agent with 15 years of experience."
✅ Better: "Helping buyers, sellers, and families relocate throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix with a relationship-first approach and local market expertise."
2. Make your profiles consistent
❌ Bad: Your website says "Phoenix," LinkedIn says "Arizona," and Instagram has no location.
✅ Better: Every profile has the same headshot, brokerage, website, phone number, service areas, and specialties so clients and AI know they're all referring to the same professional.
3. Answer client questions online
❌ Bad: "Just listed!"
✅ Better: "Should you sell before you buy? Here's how I help clients evaluate both options based on today's market."
Sincerely,
Ashley
