I’m a real estate coach, team leader, and industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Over the course of my career, I’ve sold thousands of homes, led one of the country’s top-producing teams, and spent 16 years owning and operating a successful brokerage. Today, I coach real estate agents and teams across the U.S. and internationally, helping them grow smarter, lead stronger, and build businesses they’re proud to run.

My approach to coaching is strategic, personal, and grounded in real-world experience. I work with professionals at all stages, from ambitious solo agents to elite producers and leadership teams. I’ve always been drawn to the energy and complexity of city life. As a connoisseur of urban living, I bring a deep appreciation for the rhythms of local markets, from fast-moving real estate trends to the cultural layers that make every neighborhood unique. My coaching goes beyond sales tactics to help agents become visionary leaders, shaping careers and companies with long-term impact.

I’m based in Philadelphia but work with a diverse network of clients in major urban centers and beyond. When I’m not coaching or working with my team, you’ll likely find me cycling along scenic backroads, cooking and enjoying a wide range of international dishes, or traveling with my partner, Yi. Together, we aim to live the same kind of intentional and inspired life I help others create for themselves.
