Get ready to supercharge your business with The Impact Challenge. This 30-day coaching journey turns daily actions into lasting relationships and real growth. Each day, you’ll receive an email with focused tasks designed to deepen connections with clients and your community, building momentum that lasts well beyond the month.

  • Daily: Beginning Monday, September 22, check your email for actionable steps such as connecting with your Sphere of Influence, Past Clients, or Likely to Sell Suggestions, writing handwritten notes, sending comparative market analyses (CMAs), and engaging with your audience through social media posts. Once completed, log your participation via this form.

  • Weekly: Receive additional support through MOMENTum Mondays and Certified Coaching Thursdays, which will feature specially curated content aligned with your outreach efforts and help you sharpen your skills and amplify your impact every step of the way.

  • Wrap up 30 days of business-changing actions with a National Impact Day - a chance to celebrate with and learn from your fellow agents.

How To Get Started

Challenge Rules

Challenge Period: The Challenge will begin on September 22, 2025 and run through 11:59pm ET on October 21, 2025. (“Challenge Period”). Only the activities listed above and logged in the Challenge Period will be considered for points. 

Eligibility: Any licensed Compass real estate agent may participate in The Impact Challenge (the “Challenge”). Participation confirms your agreement to these rules. You officially enter the Challenge by completing any one of the following: (1) Log prescribed Daily Activities using the provided form OR (2) Send new Compass One invitations to your clients OR (3) Log all in-person client meetings and events in the Compass CRM.

To receive points for your Daily Activities: You will earn one point per day when you submit the provided form confirming that you completed the full set of Daily Activities for that day. Points are awarded per daily submission, not per individual activity. Submissions must be made through the official form and will not be accepted via email. The Daily Activities for each day will be delivered in your Challenge email every morning. You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.

To receive points for your In-Person Interactions: You will receive one point for adding an in-person interaction into your Compass platform using Performance Tracker or through the CRM on your mobile app. Each in-person interaction during the Challenge Period counts as 1 point. You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.

To receive points for sending Compass One Invitations: You will receive one point for sending a new Compass One Invitation in an active Business Tracker folder. Each new invitation during the Challenge Period counts as 1 point! You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.

Number of Winners Selected: The potential prize winners in each category will be selected based on each participant’s total number of points in each category: (1) logging Daily Activities using the [provided form] OR (2) sending new Compass One invitations to your clients OR (3) logging in-person client meetings and events in the Compass CRM.

  • Daily Activities: The 100 agents with the most points in this category will be entered into a national drawing for one of six (6) RETREAT tickets for Fall 2026.

  •  Number of Compass One Invitations Sent: The 24 agents with the most points in this category will win a Coaching Trip to HQ and Dinner at the Reffkins’ (early Q1 2026). In the event of a tie, all tied agents’ names will be entered into a random drawing to select the 24 winners.

  • Number of In-Person Events Logged: The top 1-300 Agents with the most in-person activities logged win a $1,000 Compass boutique gift card. The top 300-680 agents will receive specified Free Group Coaching. In case of a tie, the names of the winners will be compiled and 300 names selected at random.

One prize per participant. Winners will be determined by consistency, completion, and total impact in the category where they have the highest participation. If a participant ranks highly in multiple categories, they will be contacted to choose which single prize to receive.

Notification of Prize: Winners will be announced and notified by a representative of Compass by email on or about October 31, 2025.

If you are selected as a winner and claim your prize, there may be additional documentation you have to complete.

Expiration of Winnings:

  • RETREAT tickets must be redeemed for the Fall 2026 RETREAT (dates to be announced).

  • Flight & Hotel reimbursements for Coaching Trip to HQ & Dinner at the Reffkins’ (dates TBD) must be submitted by the required date (TBD). A form will be provided for reimbursement requests, submissions via email will not be accepted.

  • Compass Boutique Gift Cards will expire on October 31, 2026 and cannot be extended, cancelled or returned for unused balances.

  • The Group Coaching opportunities apply to a specific selection of curated Coaching Programs through select Compass-Certified Coaches and may not be substituted. Program dates will be announced prior to the end of the Challenge.

Unless specified, winnings will not roll over to the new year.
