Each day, you’ll tackle one focused task designed to deepen connections with clients and your community, building momentum that lasts well beyond the month.
We kick off with MOMENTum Monday: High-Impact Client Experiences, a four-part mini-series inspired by “Unreasonable Hospitality.” Throughout the Challenge, you’ll receive daily emails packed with practical, doable tasks that drive meaningful engagement and set you up for sustained success.
Plus, Certified Coaching Thursdays during the challenge will feature specially curated content aligned with your outreach efforts and CORE sessions, helping you sharpen your skills and amplify your impact every step of the way.
Wrap up 30 days of business-changing actions with a National Impact Day - a chance to celebrate with and learn from your fellow agents.

How do I participate?

Attend a local Compass One Training and send Compass One invitations to your clients.
Log all in-person client meetings and events in the Compass mobile app.
Attend all 4 MOMENTum Monday sessions live.
Winners will be eligible to win in one category. If

Prizes
Daily Activities:
The agents with the most points in this category will be entered into a national drawing for one of six (6) RETREAT tickets for Fall 2026.
Number of Compass One Invitations Sent:
The 24 agents with the most points in this category will receive a Coaching Trip to HQ & Dinner at the Reffkins’.
Number of In-Person Events Logged:
The 300 agents with the most points in this category will receive a $1,000 gift card to the Compass Boutique.
Attend 4/4 MOMENTum Monday Sessions:
Agents who attend all four (4) MOMENTum Monday sessions during the Challenge (September 22 through October 21) will be entered into a raffle for one (1) of 380 Group Coaching spots contributed by Certified Compass Coaches.
Challenge Rules
Challenge Period: The Challenge will begin on September 22, 2025 and run through 11:59pm ET on October 21, 2025. (“Challenge Period”). Only the activities listed above and logged in the Challenge Period will be considered for points.
Eligibility: Any licensed Compass real estate agent may participate in The Impact Challenge (the “Challenge”). Participation confirms your agreement to these rules. You officially enter the Challenge by completing any one of the following: (1) Log prescribed Daily Activities using the [provided form] OR (2) Send new Compass One invitations to your clients OR (3) Log all in-person client meetings and events in the Compass CRM, OR (4) Attend all four (4) live MOMENTum Monday sessions during the Challenge Period. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or win.
To receive points for your Daily Activities: You will receive one point for logging the prescribed Daily Activities in the provided [form]. Submissions via email will not be accepted. The Daily Activities will be provided in daily emails during the Challenge Period. Each Activity logged during the Challenge Period counts as 1 point. You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.
To receive points for your In-Person Interactions: You will receive one point for adding an in-person interaction into your Compass platform using Performance Tracker or through the CRM on your mobile app. Each in-person interaction during the Challenge Period counts as 1 point. You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.

To receive points for sending Compass One Invitations: You will receive one point for sending a new Compass One Invitation in an active Business Tracker folder. Each new invitation during the Challenge Period counts as 1 point! You may NOT collect or "pool" points with team members. Winners will be chosen individually.
To receive points for Session Attendance: You will receive one point for every live MOMENTum Monday session you attend during the Challenge Period. Number of Winners Selected: The potential prize winners in each category will be selected based on each participant’s total number of points in each category: (1) logging Daily Activities using the [provided form] OR (2) sending new Compass One invitations to your clients OR (3) logging in-person client meetings and events in the Compass CRM, OR (4) attending all four live MOMENTum Monday sessions during the Challenge Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Challenge.

Notification of Prize: Winners will be announced and notified by a representative of Compass by email on or about October 31, 2025.
If you are selected as a winner and claim your prize, there may be additional documentation you have to complete.
Expiration of Winnings: Any prize that has a financial value (i.e. $ toward a client appreciation event or Compass Coaching Marketplace funds) must be used by December 31, 2024. Flight and hotel reimbursements for 1st Prize Winners must be submitted by July 31, 2024. Winnings will not roll over to the new year.
RETREAT tickets must be redeemed for the Fall 2026 RETREAT (dates to be announced).
Flight & Hotel reimbursements for Coaching Trip to HQ & Dinner at the Reffkins’ (dates TBD) must be submitted by [date]. A form will be provided for reimbursement requests, submissions via email will not be accepted.
Compass Boutique Gift Cards will expire on October 31, 2026 and cannot be cancelled or returned for unused balances.
The Group Coaching opportunities apply to a specific selection of curated Coaching Programs through select Compass-Certified Coaches and may not be substituted.
Unless specified, winnings will not roll over to the new year.
Release of Liability: All entrants, by entering into the Challenge hereby agree to release and forever discharge Compass (and their affiliated prize partners), its subsidiaries, agents, officers, employees, affiliates and assigns from any and all rights, claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, existing or arising in the future resulting from or in any way related to the Challenge.
